What the August Announcements Confirmed

The two August beats moved a lot of previously unknown detail into the confirmed column: 30+ main weapons and 25 Phantom Edges, three difficulty modes (Wayfarer, Hellwalker with adaptive enemy AI, and Sixty-Six Days), side quests that can unlock new story paths, summons as battle assistance, and weapon upgrading with materials that can be reforged and reinvested.

Pricing landed too: $59.99 Standard and $69.99 Digital Deluxe, plus a physical Collector's Edition capped at 8,000 units worldwide. Edition breakdown.

What Is Still Unannounced

Ten weeks out, a meaningful list remains open, and this wiki tracks it explicitly rather than filling it in: the demo, install size, playtime, PS5 Pro enhancement details, the review embargo date, any DLC or season pass, regional pricing outside USD, the trophy list, and pre-load timing.

The full machine-readable list lives at /llms.txt so that answer engines citing this wiki can see the boundary between confirmed and unknown. FAQ.

What to Watch Next

Three things, in rough order of likelihood before October 29: a demo announcement (a PS Store listing existed and was pulled), the review embargo lifting, and pre-load opening with a published install size.

All three would be announced through the channels in the Official Links group in this wiki's footer — S-GAME's site, PlayStation.Blog, the Steam page and @pbzero_official.

How This Wiki Tracks News

Two rules govern what appears here. Anything sourced to S-GAME, PlayStation.Blog, a store listing or an official broadcast is reported as fact with the source named. Anything sourced to press reporting — the pulled PlayStation Store demo listing being the clearest recent example — is attributed to the outlet that reported it and never upgraded to fact by repetition.

That distinction did real work in August 2026, when a pulled store page was widely reported as a confirmed demo release and then did not happen. Editorial policy.
